ZoneMinder filling my boot drive

I'm running Debian 10 with zm 1.32. My boot drive is 127GB and I have a separate 4TB drive set up for zm. The highest I've seen the percentage go for the storage drive is 7% according to zm, but something is doing is filling my boot drive to the point I have no space left and now the system is causing problems. I guess I deleted a directory under a tmp folder by mistake and now zm gives me this error when connecting: Unable to connect to ZM db.SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory.

How can I fix this and make sure zm doesn't fill my boot drive?
Thanks
Jim

Another program was saving files to my boot drive, so I fixed that problem and now have plenty of space. So now I just need to know how to fix this error: Unable to connect to ZM db.SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory.
Thanks
Jim

See: https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Common_Issu ... ive_or_NAS

That is for Ubuntu but will work for Debian.

And, there are other ways ....
