Zoneminder on Ubuntu 19.04

MP4 issue has been solved! Shell script tested and published. See:

Zoneminder 1.32.3 is in the Ubuntu 19.04 (Beta) repository so the PPA is not used. I also use Mariadb as I had password length issues with MySQL.

This is a preliminary install procedure and may change with the official 19.04 release.

Edit: 01APR19 MP4 recording and viewing does not work due to some missing files. Recording and viewing jpeg's does work.

Should add that the script is for AMD64. For other versions follow the procedures to compile the missing file for MP4 support and modify the Zoneminder install package for your version.
