Repos not working Ubuntu 18.10

I am asking for help in resolving this problem.

I am trying to add ZoneMinder to my Repos and I keep getting the following:

Am I using the wrong address? What is the correct one?
If the release file for “Cosmic Cuttlefish” does not exist is there a work around?

OS: Ubuntu 18.10 Cosmic Cuttlefish

Memory 16Gb
HDD 1 Tb

That is because 18.10 only supports 1.30.4 as of now.

edit actually Cosmic is in the ZoneMinder 1.32 PPA
