Hi,
Thanks for your help with ZoneMinder. I've been using IP cams for years and I'm really excited to be bringing Linux into my setup.
My / file system didn't have enough space for my recordings so I created a RAID-5 array of 5 2TB disks and mounted the array as /data/.
I created a new storage location in Options->Storage. I created '/data/zoneminder' and set it to be owned by apache.apache. I also set the permissions to world rwx just to be safe.
I get numerous errors in my log saying: Path /data/zoneminder does not exist.
I do not have SE Linux enabled. I'm running CentOS 7.5 and zoneminder-1.32.2-1.el7.x86_64.
Do you have any idea what might be causing the problem?
Thanks,
John

Re: Path /data/zoneminder does not exist.
I see that you put /data/zoneminder in the configs, but I *don't* see that you say you did a mkdir to actually *create the directory* /data/zoneminder.
I don't believe ZM will create it for you.
What does
$ ls -d /data/zoneminder
say?
