Send alarm/notification after repeated activity?

Hi all
First post, started recently to use ZM, running in an LXC container on Proxmox.
I would like to get a notification, preferable over XMPP, when multiple motions are detected within a certain timeframe.
Is this possible and if so, pointers are very welcome!
