Ubuntu 16.04 trouble with ZM_OPT_USE_GOOG_RECAPTCHA after update

After update the ZM i dont have a live picture.

In log there no any errors, but if i start to watch a live view i dont see a picture and i get some errors.

i tryed to upgrade againe, but its not helped.

I allso try to
zmupdate.pl -f
, but its not help

Recapcha option is disabled

Its seems that the problem in:

But cgi mod is anable and config is:
