Let say i want to have little too much cameras with motion detection in Raspberry 3 so it makes framerate low.
Which one of these gives me better performance:

motionEyeOS
motionEye
Also are there any other serious ZoneMinder type of apps?

Do you seriously think anyone on this forum would recommend anything other than Zoneminder? As for me, I've not used anything else! The performance you get will depend on the camera settings. After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...
