Corrupted images for only 1 camera on 3 why?!

Good Day, i have:
- Zoneminder 1.29,0, installed by release on Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.4.0-45-generic x86_64)
- installed from: https://www.zoneminder.com/downloads

I have 3 cameras:
Foscam FI9900P
System Firmware Version 1.11.1.6
Application Firmware Version 2.74.1.18
Plug-In Version 3.3.0.8

2 work fine, 1 not. it give shit quality images and many times totally corrupt, but if i watch the camera with its own webui directly to his ip, it show perfect and smooth images always. i attach now the 2 screenshoot grabbed in the exact moment through zoneminder and camera webui.
What drive me crazy is that only 1 camera on 3 do this but i use same config for all on zoneminder.

I had this issue on some of my Amcrest (formerly foscam?) cameras. Try lowering the bit rate and key frame interval in the camera settings. For mine I'm using 1280x720, key frame interval of 8 and 512 to 1024kbps depending on the camera (go too low and the image quality really suffers though). Zoneminder I've only seen tearing once or twice since doing that.
