FFmpeg not working - libvlc stops.

My Hikvisions still work ok with Source type set to Remote and the rest of source configuration as below:

You could also verify that ffmpeg is under the configured path (in my installation it is under /usr/bin/ffmpeg ).

Just upgraded my ubuntu from 15.10 to 16.04 and right after zoneminder, from 1.28.1 to 1.29.0. So far i have capture but no streaming yet so i cannot verify if the source type change from ffmpeg to Remote will make your camera to work.

I'm having this problem too. One camera works fine, but as soon as you ad more they don't work in VMWare any more. I've tried all sorts of different versions of linux all with the same results. I have not tried a back up DB yet.
