zmNinja android works/ios doesnt!

Im new to zoneminder but getting there.
I have a system running and can browse the live streams.
I have the android app 1.6.004 on a Note 20 Ultra and it all looks good. Montage shows live streams.
My wife has a new iPhone SE 2020 with 1.6.000 and same login details and settings but although it looks good and shows alerts etc the live streams are blank (grey boxes often with two yellow dots in the center). It does show stills correctly.

Any obvious thoughts?

ZM itself is 1.34.22 with 8 ip cameras on a new install of CentOS 7. Browsing via either phone works fine.

That would usually mean your iPhone cgi-bin settings are wrong (zmninja settings). Compare closely to android.

Many thanks. At work now so will check tomorrow. I just accepted defaults so its a good place to look.
