Hello all,
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 on VM and intend to build ZM 1.28 from source. Can anyone help me on ZM INSTALL steps after 7 ?
I failed on
-Create an apache virtual host for zoneminder ...
-Setup an init script ...
steps.
I found some threads in here but when I try to run localhost/zm on browser, it didn't work.
So i need detailed instructions for these steps.

Or use a PPA and get 1.29 https://launchpad.net/~iconnor/+archive ... zoneminder. Even building from source we would recommend you build a package from source.
