You've set ZM_SERVER_HOST to 192.168.3.88 in the file zm.conf. Don't do that.
You need to edit the file zm.conf and set ZM_SERVER_HOST back to its default setting:

That's a good start, but you did something not mentioned in those instructions, which has broken your system.
