cant add monitors or make changes

Hi All:

Had a system crash. New install.
14.04 ubuntu using iconner ppa.
I followed this guide exactly,

Everything appears to install okay. I can log in as admin.
If I go to add a user I cannot click on add new user. it does not "click"
I cannot add a new monitor. It also does not "click"
The log file is blank. If I go to /var/logs/zm nothing is there.
I cannot click on refresh, filters, or most other things.
I can click on options and everything shows up, but as I said above, I cant add a user.

I would post more log files but I cant find any??

I have purged and reinstalled twice now but nothing helps.

Can anyone help?

Ubuntu 14.04 - ZM 1.26.5 or later to 1.28.109 or the latest PPA version

That 1.28.0 install is obsolete. Guess you did not read the note at the top of the page,,,
