I can't connect to zm console from another PC

I install zoneminder on centos 6.5 and i can connect to zm console only from local PC.
How to connect from another PC on local network?
when I write the address "10.20.172.136/zm" in the browser, I get the message:
This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address "ipadress" is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Check your iptables firewall or just turn it off:

This ip does not seems a local ip address. Could you check that your local ip address is the one you're trying to access?

That IP should be local to his network. Anything on the 10.x.x.x network should be a local address since it isn't routable to or from the outside world. (RFC 1918)
