Ubuntu 12.04 ZM and Wansview camera NCL616W

I have set up ZM and an Apache server but cannot get the system to work properly.
Apache2 is running and give:
It works!
This is the default web page for this server.
The web server software is running but no content has been added, yet.

So the fact that there is no content is not good.....

ZM is instaled but does not run automatically. When it is manually run it produces many errors so I am guessing the data is not getting to the database....
