Controled Camera Preset Display

The image/display on a controlled PT camera with presets has a black box at the top of the image which displays the last preset used.

Is there a way to get rid of this box short of turning off presets?

I've discovered that ZM is resetting the camera name and turning on Display Camera Name in my Foscom FI9821W V2. If I use just the presets the Display Camera Name stays off. If I use the pan or tilt control then click a preset the camera name is changed to the selected preset and the Display Camera Name is turned on.

Now, to find the script that is doing this!
