Not work monitor add ip-camera

hello, i configured zoneminder 1.25 on freebsd 10 successfully, it works.
Add ip-camera monitoring (entered password and user), but in the logs authentication error through a browser on camera going in success.
Help to understand?

and in log write:
Can't get shared memory id '7a6d0007', 7: No such file or directory

how to fix?
