WansView NCM621W - Works in VLC not in ZM

Has anyone been able to config the Wansview NCM621W in ZoneMinder? I've tested the stream with VLC using rtsp://admin:password@ipaddress but cannot get this or any other combos to work in ZM. This camera has three streams beginning with channel 11 - the documentation calls out rtsp://ip:port/11 but this does not work. I have another Wansview IPcam working over http with "/videostream.cgi?user=admin&pwd=password" but this does not work for the 621. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running ZM 1.25.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, Precise Pangolin.
