How i can increase a value for record: 1.03 fps?

Post IP camera or capture card model and your monitor settings. Too many variables involved to help you with the above request.

I use dlink ip camera dcs 2103. I have already solved the problem - In the camera settings there is an option of fps.
Now i have a 15 fps and that good=)
But i have a new problem. Live video freezes after minute when I watch the zoneminder monitor. And video continues only after refreshing the page

Try setting this monitor up using FFmpeg as your source type.

Works only with rstp/unicast protocol =)
