ZM's zmfilter throws "zip error: 4:", then can't upload ?

when I opened the log, I could see a great deal of these errors:

I looked for "zip error 4" on Google, but it wasn't specifically referenced.

I think this may be the reason why ZM doesn't upload anything. What is the source of this ZIP error, and how do I solve it?
