hi i have been running 1.24.2 on ubutnu 10.04 server for years now without issue, but i noticed something recently, that all my saved events are called "New Event" instead of Event-ID# and are 0.00 s. long. i can't play a video of the events but the individual frames are still there for me to view, but only 10 frames are there for each event

i'm not sure when this happened but has been longer than a month, as i only have the last 30 days of events saved but they are all like that. i have some archived events from a couple years ago that still work fine

in /var/log/messages i am seeing a lot of entries like
zmdc[2067]: INF ['zmc -m X' crashed, signal 6]
where X is a number relating to the zmc process or whatever

i realize this server is old and would like to upgrade it soon to latest ubuntu server and ZM but i think i need to get ZM working correctly again before i attempt to upgrade.

plenty of free space left, zoneminder partition has 10% free space and i have had the filter that deletes old events when 95% full active. looking back at saved events, looks like the events started breaking around 06/26 19:53:02 ....

Try repairing the MSQL data base, instructions are in the wiki. I'll bet this fixes you up!

It doesn't work, do you have some other idea, the data inside is not important so they can be delete it.
Now i got "An error has occurred and this operation cannot continue.
For full details check your web logs for the code '74D717'"

Now it seems to work, but i don't know how i have done i have used something in this tutorial http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/ ... epair.html
