Getting error when Zoneminder tries to start

I am having problems on occasion with Zoneminder not starting back on its own.
I can see in the logs where apache restarts, and then Zoenminder should restart but it doesnt.
It may or may not be relevant, but I recently changed the IP address of this server.
This is running on CentOS 5.5
Here is where apache restarts.

Then I see Zoneminder stop and try to restart but it doesnt. Can anyone help with this problem?
