I'm new to ZM - just installed it today. I'm considering using it for research purposes - monitoring an earthworm to look for movement or entry into various zones in the field of view. I can find nothing about how frequently ZM examines the video feed to check for a change. Can anyone provide this info? For example, does it check every 0.01 sec, every sec, every 10 sec...?
Thanks - and apologies if this is common info - I could not find it,
Jeff
ZoneMinder time resolution?
Re: ZoneMinder time resolution?
ZM examines every frame, so at 10 fps it checks for change every .1 seconds; at 1 fps it would be 1 second.
