Memory leak in zmfilter.pl

Hi,
I've recently been tracking memory leaks on my server and discovered that zmfilter.pl leaks about 200Meg / month. I have 8 background filters and they delete 200-300 events per day, mostly triggered nose to tail after midnight for an hour. ZM works perfectly otherwise.
Has anyone else seen this? What debug can I add to help identify the source?
