Missing frames!?

Hello,

Long time user of Zoneminder, I have just set up a beast of a new rig for at the moment 2 640x480 IP cams.

I'm encountering something strange, there are missing frames in the recorded event making things jump around. For example person walks into view then is magically inside a door 3 metres away ins the space 2 frames.

It does not seem to happen more or less when the moving things is in or out of a zone. I have fiddles with almost all settings to no avail.

Any suggestions?
