Don't need recording, just monitoring

Hello.
Besides all the functionalities of zoneminder, I also need it only shows the images from the cameras. I mean, I need the web interface to show the image from the installed cameras and that's all. Is it possible to configure it just to offer such reduced functionality or maybe for such functionality zoneminder is too much?

Hi, yes you can only define monitors. When you open the main zm window in your browser and define the cameras, you have to choose "monitor" function that is in orange color.

If you will never have a need to record events, maybe mjpeg-streamer is what you are looking for. It provides a web interface to access a video snapshot or stream to a USB/UVC webcam.
