Does anyone know if ZM supports these Pan & Tilt cameras?

I can find no information about the manufacturer; and if the protocols used are standard.

looking at the images it appears its like an observation kit, ie you connect the cms to the controller and that in turn connects to your tv via scart. If there is standard video in the cable coming from the cams to th controller that will be compatible with zm. Control wise i would bet its a simple voltage drive from the controller no protocol as such. So i doubt you would be able to get zm to control the cameras unles you can make relays close from the linux box, then it would be possible but a bit of a bodge
