Creative Live! Motion webcam under Linux and zoneminder?

Has anyone tried this under Linux yet?

Or under zoneminder?

It's fairly inexpensive for a CCD webcam w/ motors...

I've just started using a Creative Live! camera (not the motion version, so I can't speak to that specific functionality). I've been able to get it to work fine with several software packages, but in ZoneMinder I get a garbled image. I'm sure I just need to work out my settings (any suggestions, anyone?). I would expect the your experience to be similar with the Motion version.
