Can anyone recommend cam and supplier thats

Colour with auto B&W night, good quality night image under street lighting
and is also cheap!

no sorry but be careful with 12v heaters. you will need a huge power supply and monster cable (unless it 5m long). Go for 240v heaters and if you must lv then go for 24v ac heaters.
