Spectra 8

I have a spectra 8 card installed and I can only get resolutions of 320x200 not 640x480? Are there ZM setting I should be looking at, I have my setting:
Capture Palette: RGB24, Capture Width 640, Capture Hieght 480 format NTSC max frame rate 30
