Dahua Camera - Glitchy white static

Not sure how to describe it. The camera is glitchy with white static on some events. And it keeps making it trigger events.

I can't load the video in zoneminder - says format is not supported.

My other 4 Dahua cameras work fine with zoneminder?

Any suggestions on where I should start?
