AOMG IPC7

Hello,

I recently bought this cheap generic ip bullet cam for outside use. I'm unable to figure out what the remote path is for the video stream. I've tried to use fiddler, but no luck. I can telnet to the camera but it has no interactive shell. I'm also unable to find out if it's some sort of rebranded "better name" model. The box has a sticker on it that says AOMG OG-831. I believe it's made by aopvision. Anyone have any ideas on how I can find the stream path? I also tried several tests in vlc with no luck. It's my fault for not buying something off the compatibility list, I'm getting close to doing just that and returning this thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you make any progress on this?

I think I have the same camera as you. I was able to log into the camera via an ethernet cable and access the web GUI. I then made some changes (like set it to wifi) and got it working. Now, I can log in via a browser to view the feed. But, I want to be able to log in from my phone...or connect the camera to my Synology system...no dice. I was able to get a feed going in VLC, but the camera seems to generate a new token every time you start a stream...which means I can't use the same address every time.

Did you end up returning yours?

Thanks!

I almost gave up on this camera, but I came across two other cameras which are just rebranded version of this (or vice versa). Either way, the info you need is here on Amazon; someone wrote what you need to do in the reviews.

The BIG thing I learned is that you absolutely MUST connect the camera to a router. Then you can go in (hard or wireless) and set it up. Look for connected (or attached) devices that show up new in your router. From there, you can log into the web UI of the camera and make your changes.

Alternatively, you can also go to:
https://www.mipcm.com/
https://www.fujikamcloud.us

Download the app for your phone or PC there and follow the instructions.

Hope that helps!

That info doesn't really help. My issue is finding the streaming url. I can connect it to wifi, just looking for the url to configure in ZM.
