Will ZM play nice with a Raspberry Pi set up as an IP camera

Hello there,
I found that most IP cameras tend to be very expensive and not necessarily having good video quality and stable. The question is, would the Raspberry Pi be able to serve multiple cameras images, at 30fps 640x480 minimum, to notoriously picky ZoneMinder?
