Wireless analog Camera connect?

I bought a wireless analog camera from craigslist. It has rca video out on the receiver side. How can I get the video into a PC so zoneminder could use the camera? Do I just get a USB video in device and then zoneminder can read the video signal or do I need to get something special to use it with zoneminder? I only need one camera and the less expensive the better.

A linux supported composite input device. USB can be an issue, so I would get a card.

What kind of card? Like an ATI input card or something else?
