PAL colour problem on Bluecherry PV-183-16

New here so first off hi to everyone here!

I have a Bluecherry PV-183-16 card with a number of cameras attached - the software install is using Bluecherry's LiveCD with ZoneMinder 1.22.3.

The system is working if I configure the Device Format to be Auto and the Capture Palette to RGB24 - however this only gives me B/W pictures. If I set the Device Format to PAL (same as the colour cameras) then I get corrupt images (like a badly tuned TV)

Capture Width / Height set to 320/240 (doesn't like anything higher).

Any one have any suggestions on getting colour to work or am I stuck with B/W only?

Manage to get it working - good old shared memory parameters - have now got 640x480 grayscale & 320x240 RGB24 working.

Now is it possible to get 640x480 RGB24?

Maybe you need more memory or perhaps tweak shared memory setting?
