Supported Distributions page is outdated

Post by jtech »

Hi there,

Just to let you know that the following page is outdated:
https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Supported_distributions

It currently lists:

Supported distributions
RedHat 7.2, 7.3, 8.0, 9.0
Fedora Core 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (rpms available, see forum)
CentOS 4.1, 4.2, 4.3
Mandrake-Mandriva 9.2, 10.0, 10.1, 2006, 2007
Ubuntu 5.10, 6.06 7.04 8.10-server-32bit
SUSE 8.1, 9.2, 9.3, 10.0, 10.1
Slackware 8.1, 10.0, 10.1, 12.2, 13.0
Debian 3.0, 3.1
Gentoo (ebuild available)
ZMliveCD (Live CD available from downloads page)
Arch Linux 2009-08-17

Maybe you should remove the specific versions on that page, as it looks like the distribution pages have more updated current information:
Eg. Ubuntu -> https://wiki.zoneminder.com/Ubuntu lists more up to date versions.

Cheers!

You can logon and edit the wiki with forum account. But I did it based on distros that people active in project team support. Could be more.
Production Zoneminder 1.37.x (Living dangerously)
Random Selection of Cameras (Dahua and Hikvision)

Thanks for updating that!

I wasn't aware that you can edit the wiki with a forum account, if I can contribute in the future I will, thanks!
