dyndns and firewall question

Hi,

Does anyone know what is the best firewall that allow portforwarding available?

I am using dyndns in my laptop, so what I want to do is that everytime I am connected to the internet I want certain people to be able to connect to my ZM box through my laptop.

Any idea?
