I'd like to ask about the community/corporate organization of ZoneMinder.

In the source, I'm seeing Copyright (C) 2020 ZoneMinder LLC.
On the webpage, under contact (https://zoneminder.com/contact/), there is no mention of such.

Does such a thing exist? If so, where is the place of business/registry?
If not, what does that copyright message mean?

Or can someone point me to some clarifying texts, org structure, the team behind it and such? Haven't been able to find such info - not in a prominent place at least.

When Phil gave over control to us, we had to form an entity for it. ZoneMinder LLC is that entity.

Looks like it use to be a Limited Liability Company in Missouri dissolved in 2019: https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/B ... ID=4091902
