Is it possible to cron job reboot if the drive is crypted? With Ubuntu.

sure! cron kicks off a job and reboots.

The issue would seem to be how to get the drive unlocked during bootup.
If your root is encrypted, then the keys need to be available somewhere such as a jump drive.

If your mounting an encrypted drive (via fstab late during bootup sequence), then again the keys need to be made available somewhere say via a jump drive or somewhere on root.

These are non-zoneminder issues though.

Your question is unclear, but the answer is probably "yes".
