Storage Areas is dead

With the release of 1.34.0 I am no longer maintaining my storageareas branch. Everything there has been merged to master and then released in 1.34.0.

You can remove it with:
sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:iconnor/zoneminder-storageareas
