It doesn't work with my 1.24.2. The calendar subdirectory is under /var/www/zm. Any ideas?

Calendar?

I've used happily the old calendar feature. Release 1.23.0 # FEATURE : If you include the jscalendar javascript calendar (http://www.dynarch.com/projects/calendar/) in your ZM web dir in a 'calendar' subdirectory then filter date/time dialogs will use a popup calendar for easier date selection. Is t...

date/time to language file?

In /var/www/zm/includes/config.php, I see: // // Date and time formats, eventually some of these may end up in the language files // define( "DATE_FMT_CONSOLE_LONG", "D jS M, g:ia" ); // This is the main console date/time, date() or strftime() format Is there any chance in the ne...

If you're using 1.24.x, then the mods are the following: in the file /var/www/zm/includes/functions.php add this function: function getTemperature() { $te = shell_exec( 'sensors' ); $tem = explode("CPU:",$te); $tempe = explode("C",$tem[1]); return(str_replace(" ","...

Window sizes

I'm using a fresh install of v1.24.2 on my ubuntu box. All seems smooth, on the GUI side I have some things I'd like to change. I previously used 1.23.x, I always managed to do most of the mods easily in zm_html_config.php and zm_config.php, now I see everything's changed. Using Firefox 3.0.11 under...

Re: Filters do not create _one_ mpeg

ekiboy69 wrote:If the code does what the topic says is does something quite different compared to filters. Filters create one video file per event. If this really creates one big mpeg file it is truly a different thing IMHO.
Agree.

It would be nice indeed to have a filter in the GUI for this.
Maybe combined with an option to create a single video out of multiple consecutive events.

Re: Upgrade procedure from 1.23.3 to 1.24.1 - and distro cha

Million thanks for the step-by-step guide. That's exaclty what I was hoping to get. One question though: Mount the zm partition to /srv. Isn't it possible to mount the ZM partition to /srv/www/htdocs/zm/events, or /srv/www/htdocs/zm? Because I will use other parts of /srv, like /srv/ftp, or differen...

Upgrade procedure from 1.23.3 to 1.24.1 - and distro change

Hello folks! I intend to upgrade my ZM box form Mandriva 2007 to OpenSUSE 11.1. The Mandriva installation was created 16 months ago from Ross's LiveCD, and updated over time to ZM 1.23.3. It worked very well and still does. On the new system I'd like to use the current ZM 1.24.1, which I'd install b...
