zoneminder 1.22.2 1.23.3 only accepts mjpeg you should i reality get better quality with mjpeg check bit rates

is this on an analog on a Ipcam if so what brand
Because this happen to me on an Axis when i specified the wrong size and it out put a different resolution also if it is anolog the cameras must all have the same resolution set on most cards

How does the Shared Memory work in Zm/Linux

Because on Gentoo when i run xlib_shm under an normal user it causes this error

ERROR: Failed to shmget
EACCES - no rights to access segment

Works Fine Under root but that not really a solution

Any ideas On How To Fix This

Ok it turnes out it was a stupid thing with ffmpeg

what i did was i reinstalling the ffmpeg repo and all is well

yeah i though that so i did not do it changed my mind
I just can't fig this out weird

Still the Cop liked the quality of just the jpegs

just for the heck of it i am building ffmpeg from source just to see if thr repo ver is messed up

my ffmpeg log is not generating any where i can see (in event folder /tmp or the log program in ubuntue) Yet my events fail what seems randomly in the middle of event (meaning it stops there) Have tryed to mess with memory in php.ini so the scripts could use more memory Problem started when camares ...

Yeah te first one is my mistake the mythbuntue ffmpeg just needed to be reinstalled same as normal ffmpeg just has extra codecs that are perhaps not so legal or flaky at that
