ill stick with 1.23.3 its working

there is no gui for desktop settings iv looked everyware
nothing in mcc

dont see anything in mandrake system

is there something in ect/????????.conf to disable

i sudo kate to open editor and use file open to have root power
and lets me save

the best i get out of my cheesy 4 port $6 cards is 2.5 fps per cam
with 2 cards installed on 1.2 ghz 900mb ram

changing the alarm frame count to 3 helped

will the painless 1.24upgrade erase my current settings ?

i used live disk v1.23.3 to install i have downloaded using "check with zoneminder.com for updated versions" option in zm/system settings i found a updated version and downloaded it but i have no idea how to install it ??? and will updating to a newer version erase all my settings that are...

about every couple minuits im getting a single vertical jitter on one camera outside like one line is being droped then added again witch causes a alarm event every couple minuits this fills the hd with non-event events i cant tune it out in zones w/o killing motion detection alltogether i used live...

im shure this is just a setting problem

when i move mouse to top of screen the desktop changes in one direction
when i move mouse to bottom of screen it changes in other direction

i would like to disable this feature but i dont know where to find it or even what to call it

hiya i used live disk 1.23.3 to install i triped stumbled and fell right into it i clicked somthing and this kde box came up then the desktop changed to one with icons on it and i found a settings gui and unchecked screensaver ticbox so far it has not turned off monitor :lol: :D :D thanks for your t...
