Yes, that's the LAMP. (Linux Apache Mysql/Mariadb Php)
You only need to install them; the ZM install will configure it all for a basic usable system, in most cases.

I suggest you look down at the 18.04 instructions to see if you missed anything. The Jammy instructions are not really complete.
You probably don't need to start over, just redo/do anything you may have missed. It is all critical for a successful install.

GUI problems sometimes result from old cookies. Try clearing them for zm.

Try your path in VLC. If it works there, it'll work in ZM, and VLC's faster than testing with ZM.

Not sure exactly what you did with the Monitors table, but try adding M3 again and then delete with GUI.

Yes. That's due to the default 5% reserve when formatting. So 95% + 5% = 100%. So out of space between filter runs is easily possible.
93 or 94 should be OK, at least most of the time.
