How do you want the URL to look to reach the zm install? Something like http://192.168.1.4/zm and using the sub-net IPs there is no need to port forward the router. If you want to reach ZM with a URL like http://this.domain.net/zm and maybe to reach your web pages like http://someother.domain.net/my...

ZoneMinder in Puppy Linux Tahr is somewhat tricky, sort of Debian sort of Ubuntu. This problem sometimes occurs, and the fix is to change Web path to zms streaming server PATH_ZMS in Options>Paths from: to: brought the video stream to life.
