What are the cameras you are using (I looked through the thread and could not see that you mentioned them)? The errors you are seeing tell me that you have a camera setting not just right. Which web browser are you using? Are you leaving the "main" Zoneminder page open when you view the montage? Is your PATH_SWAP set to /dev/shm?
