Re: 28 on an OrangePi
If finding and using a package does not work, here is what I did in an OS that is between Debian and Ubuntu and neither packages worked without major issues. I built a working ZoneMinder 1.28.109 on top of an XAMPP setup in a frugal install of Puppy Linux Tahr 6.0.3 using this: git clone https://git...

I had the same exact problem with the 32bit Linux version on Puppy Linux. The New release 0.87.1D. is working completely, video streams included.

Re: Database Upgrade Error 1.28.107 to 1.28.109

Event Export instead of Video export. I think will allow you to do just video files of multiple events by selection.

[quote="asker"]Rockedge, can you please give this a try for linux? If this works, it was a 32bit problem. I doubt however, it will work with Puppy linux, but please give it a try
Nice! it runs like a champ! I will configure it and test against my 1.28.108 install and report back.

Re: zmNinja for desktops
Beautiful thing. I am glad to report zmNinja is up and running on a Windows 10 setup. Started immediately so I will setup and put the app through the paces. Thank you so much for looking into it! I will run the majority of the tests using Windows 7. Also I tried it out with a 1.28.1 running the API....

I am downloading and in a moment or 2 I am going to test. Question...is it the same reason the Linux version did not run under Puppy Linux?

Re: zmNinja for desktops
Actually, please hold on. I think I am using a 64bit packager. Let me send you a 32 bit packager and let me know if it works Excellent. I did join the discussion as suggested. I will wait and test the updated version of zmNinja and see if it is indeed a 32-64bit difference problem. I am looking for...

Re: zmNinja for desktops
Are you sure you downloaded the right file? zmNinja-win.zip and that you downloaded the ZIP file, not the folder? You should have seen a screen like this -- and then downloaded the ZIP. After downloading, unzip, and double click on zmninja.exe ? Yes, I think I did download the correct zip file. Ext...

Re: [Solved]1.28.108 API fatal error
FYI in knnniggetts link is the following two lines git submodule init git submodule update That would have given you the crud code. Wow! your information helped immensely. I re-examined the link from knnniggetts and did the steps git clone https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinder.git cd ZoneMinder/...
