Its seems Weatherproof and Night capable is a hard mix to come by. Found only a few all over US$700 though.

Don't forget about PoE splitters that cost about £15 (linksys and d-link) and allow any 12v or 5v camera to work at the end of a poe line. Another thing i will say from experance make sure the electrician who you hire knows that you CAN NOT splice cat5. Idiot we had spliced then in the Office 6 terminations 2 lines. So hang on, they tried to run 6 connections through 2 cables? As if you were just using it for regular RJ11 telephone co...
