Use phpmyadmin to backup the database, where the config and rest of options are included. Then you need to install zoneminder in the other computer and restore there the database making the opposite process.

did you create a new user and not give that user system edit options?

Leave the FPS fields blank and set the FPS parameters in the camera side. 50 & 60 FPS are extremely high, 10-20 FPS are enough, at least to start testing that works.

Nope, I believe your RpiB will not be able to handle that HW setup, I bet you will have RAM problems and the CPU load pretty high. Just as a comparison, I have a micro-ITX server with a quad processor and 8Mb of RAM running a ZM system with 5 cameras and the board is almost at the limit of performan...

Also check Options::Images::PATH_FFMPEG, it should have the path to the ffmpeg (in my system is /usr/bin/ffmpeg). If you don´t know the path, run the command which ffmpeg.
