Re: No sound in video stream in browser :(
It's the same for my setup. I only get the audio when watching the events.

Re: No sound in video stream in browser :(
Do you get the audio when watching an event? I'm not sure, but I don't think audio is supported on live streams at the moment.

Re: Can't watch live stream via Nginx reverse proxy
Have you tried your configuration with ZMNinja? If that works going via your NGINX server then it's not an issue with your config, but an issue with a firewall blocking your traffic. Here's my config for reference. server { server_name zoneminder; location / { add_header Last-Modified $date_gmt; add...

Re: WAN access, security?
Adding GeoIP is one option, the other would be to setup authentication at the NGINX level. So users would have to effectively authenticate twice to logon to your ZM server.

Re: WAN access, security?
Like with anything facing the Internet your going to get people poking around. Firstly make sure you have strong passwords in place, mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters. Setup a reverse proxy, such as NGINX and add another layer of security there. Also make sure that your user a...

Re: h265 support?
Seem OK for live view, but any recordings are not viewable. Just a blank video, switching the MJPEG works but is unusable because of how slow the video displays.I didn't change anything but it is working now. 1.34.9

Re: Multi Server Setup
The server_name is simply how you identify the response. Or put it another, it's the host header or virtual host (Apache term I believe) name. My Multi-Server configuration has a total of 4 servers. The reverse proxy points to only one of these servers, in my instance this server collates all of the...

Re: Multi Server Setup
I'm running a multi-server setup with 4 servers and using a reverse proxy to access. Here's my nginx config below, it may help you or hopefully give you something else to try. server { server_name EXTERNAL FQDN; server_name INTERNAL FQDN; location / { add_header Last-Modi...

ANPVIZ - IPC-D250W-S
I've just bought one of these cameras to add to my setup. This is my first IP Camera, all of my other camera's are attached to a DVR at present. For those of you that are looking at this camera and want to use it with ZoneMinder there are two video streams available. Hi-Res (5MP) rtsp://IPADDRESS/st...

Re: FPS issue with Anpviz #IPC-D250W-S
I've just purchased one of the these cameras, after a little searching I've managed to get the streaming URL configured in ZoneMinder. But I'm using the same stream for both Hi-Res and Lo-Res capture, but changing the configuration within ZoneMinder to change the size. How did you get yours configur...

Re: DVR HDMI Output
Thanks, I'll take a look at the zmNinja option on the Odriod as the looks like the more usable option.

DVR HDMI Output
Not strictly ZoneMinder, but hoping someone else has had the same idea and managed to resolve it. I have DVR with 8 Cameras attached, the network streams are then passed to ZoneMinder. All working great, needs more fine tuning but all good. I can view my cameras from the web console and the mobile a...

Re: 500 Error on "ADD NEW SERVER" page
Hi,
Came across your post and wondered if you'd managed to resolve the issue? I get the same and worked around this by manually adding the servers to the DB, which isn't ideal.
Regards,
Garry
